Just a little hello from Norway.
If you have any information or pictures about those Marshall build BMC busses, please let me know.
Many thanks,
Brimen :savewave:

You mean one of these?

I'm a former resident of southern Ontario where this above van still lives... I believe?

It is owned by Big Al Guest, and I suspect he knows lots about them and their inner workings. And he does have a website, and is a very friendly man...

I know that at one point he owned two of them, but sold one back to England, I wonder if this is the one he sold back to there?

And... I was privileged to see two BMC Marshall Coaches at the same time, at a car show in southern Ontario about seven years ago.

Wow; Nice looking Bus.

I wonder what "Austin Powers" would think of this? Do you think he`d trade off his Jag for the Bus?

Russ

Hi, Sherlock

The bus you mentioned were sold to Texas by mr. Big Al. Last year a car dealer in Santa Barbara CA, bought it and did a nice restoration and paint job. It is now for sale at:

https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C52815

The other you mentioned were exported to UK in 2000. (it suppose to have the license number "BMC 27", but I haven't seen any pics of it yet).
I surely will take contact to Mr. "BigAl", Toronto.
You dont happend to have any photos of those two busses you saw at the car show??

Many Thanks,
Brimen

Maybe Al did sell it then, I have been away from Ontario for a few years now... But I'm sure he knows lots about these motor coaches...
