Blue Racing Stripes

In the photo above (of the GT's butt) wonder why you didn't carry the stripes behind the license plate?

(didn't realize that was your car, Julian - thought it was the other one you'd posted....do you still have any stripes left over?)
 
Looks Great Julian! But Tony's got a point - a couple of screws and you could've removed the license plate to carry over the stripes.

I used up exactly two 6ft lengths of 6" stripes, with nothing left over, but I have a 6ft length of 7" stripes as a backup, which I could trim to use.

I toyed with the idea of going behind the license plate, but put it off ... I think you are right, though, I should add them there. Also I didn't do the front spoiler, which is perhaps less noticeable.
 
I noticed you didn't do the spoiler but its not obvious because of the grille - where you stopped on the front looks natural...its just that the stripes below the rear bumper accent the missing strips behind the license plate.

But, it really transforms the car! Do you have before photos?

That does look good! Know what else would look good with those stripes? Big (36"x36") black vinyl Webasto sunroof!
 
I like it, It looks so much faster. It keeps the nice clean look and is a great color on the White

You have noticed the number of us with Leo as their "birthsign" I imagine. I give a rat's butt about astrology but it strikes me as funny/interesting that a bunch of LBC owners here seem to be in the same region of the Zodiac. :shrug:

& I've nothing to do until 7pm - then, its 12 hours in the simulation center here at Ft Drum, NY!!

For some reason that white GT looks much nicer with the stripes....I've seen other people do the same thing with their GT's but they didn't look so good.
