Hey Guys,

I gave my heater box a few wraps with a rubber
mallet and Whamo! It works!
Thanks for the advice. If ya'll remember I kept
blowing fuses.
A gentleman suggested the fan may be stuck.
It was. Hooray!!!!!

Congrats on getting the fan to move! Next step - be sure to clean and oil the blade shaft and motor (or something similar).
