I've never owned a TR6; but I'm puzzled by this disclaimer. Certainly it's true, but then again there are holes to be drilled to fit this brace. It certainly appears to me that any variation between frames could be easily covered by drilling the holes to match and/or repositioning the upper mount slightly where it attaches to the frame. In a really extreme case, you might need to add a washer to one of the new bolts through the frame, but even that would not affect the strength significantly.Trick6 said:and he said the same thing about every car being a little diffrent.
Then what reinforces the holes in the frame? I'll assume one bolts all the way through the main rail? Does one then somehow reinforce that hole in the frame with a tube through which the bolt then goes? or perhaps weld a hardened washer onto the frame? or ?Trick6 said:Randall:
