Apologies for cross-posting, but this sheet I found from the old British Leyland US Competition Department seems to relate to the A-series engine in MG, AH Sprite, & Mini. It has some cam info, overheating advice, etc.

I went to the site& downloaded PDF file, pertains mainly to spriget& minis.Interesting info about boiling pts of water under pressure. cheers Genos2
