I am trying to identify a NOS British Leyland part I have. it is part #607693 It is called a pea box assembly. I don't have the right setup to post a picture so I will include a ebay number so you can see it. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Mike,

Sorry this is way late. I was having login problems.

This piece looks like the box at the end of some alternators, which houses the diodes, etc. Why it would be called a "pea box" I have no idea.

This might be newer than the Healey era, or it could possibly apply to a late Sprite

Thanks, this is what I thought. I think you are correct that it is later than the Healey era, pretty sure it's not for a Spridget either.
Thanks again
Mike
