BJ8 Windshield seal

Finishing the 9 year frame off restoration of my 65 BJ8 ph2. I am remounting the windshield and need some help. Prior discussions helped me determine that the Moss seal that I bought 8 years ago wasn't going to fit and led me to get a new one from British Car Specialists that fit much better.

Two issues though: 1) I cannot get the last 3 inches of seal where the channel curves to stay in the groove. 2) I believe the end of the seal needs to be folded around the edge of the fender near the pillar but I am not sure how.

I would appreciate any insight or photos that anyone can provide. thanks

Most likely the eal was not stretched out initally try streching it a bit.

Just fold it under the edge of the fender and use some trim adhesive if required to keep it i place.
