What do the BJ8 tonneau cover bags look like? Are the Moss ones like original?
Just heat sealed vinyl or better than that?

HI:

I do not recall seeing one ,in my case I just fold it neatly and place it in the boot

Moss sells them and McGregor sell them and the tonneau cover bag for the rails which I assume is Armacord. I have seen them so long ago I don't remember what they looked like except for the rail bag.

I bought the set from Moss this winter. The bag for the supports is Armacord, the bags for the tonneau and boot cover are sewn heavy vinyl, not the heat seamed thin stuff the tool bag and battery cover are made from.
They are quite well done.

Here is mine. I don't where it came from. It is as-supplied by my restorer.

Here are some pix of an original. It's 14" wide by 23.25" long when laying flat with the flap closed. It's nicely made from a good vinyl, but the cotton webbing tie-straps don't age as well as the rest of it. Click on the pix to enlarge them.
