In front of the back seats, on either side of the car, on the floor, is a flap about 4 inches long with a snap. Can someone, please tell me what this is for?
HI MH67,Those are the covers for the front radius arm bolt heads used on Phase11 cars. They should be either leather or Vinyl and a snap is used to keep them in place.---Keoke
Well, I would never have guessed that.
Is this purely so that I could remove my radius arms without cutting up my carpet?
Should the carpet flap out of the way or should the vinyl flap cover a hole in the carpet?
Hi, MH67, A small amount of carpet is cut away around the bolt head and the flap hides the hole in the carpet. This gives you access to the radius arm bolts with out cutting up the carpet in the future---Keoke
