Anyone know where to source one? Are they one of a kind and were only used on BJ8 Healey's? I'm also missing the trafficator and its tube that extends down to the steering box!! These are the last two items missing for our restoration.

Thanks

Ebay, Vintage car and truck parts, Austin Healey. Trafficators appear frequently, golve box locks once in awhile.

I know of a guy here in Germany who remade a limited run of the BJ8 glove box locks. High quality, which the price reflects. If interested contact me directly info[at]brits-n-pieces.com

Regards

Hi David, Brit Boy has a New trafficator head on E-Bay now. However, I do not Know the quality of this item. He may also have the tube on hand in his used parts as well as the glove box lock---Fwiw--Keoke?

Not looking to pay retail for the trafficator if I don't have to. I may pick one up from my friend in town as he has an extra.

I don't need the whole glove box lock just the rear peice. I have the barrel and surround that is exposed on the front of the lid.

Thanks

OH, I guess you are referring to the thin metal retainer plate that the small screws go through to secure the lock to the back of the door. Is that correct??--Keoke
