BJ8 front outrigger

Does anyone have a template or dimensions of the BJ8 outrigger cutout for the exhaust? I need to modify my 60 BN7 to accept my tubular headers and I would prefer to do it to a dimension rather than just cutting to fit.

Hi John,

I did mine "cut to fit". Didn't really know or care what a real BJ8 outrigger looked like, just wanted plenty of room for whatever exhaust I ended up with. Tried to make it look like it belonged there. Be happy to take measurments or draw you a template.

Thanks Barry. I think I will do the same. I really didn't know what it looked like, but the pic illustrates it.
