I'm not good at pictures. There is carpeting on the bulkhead behind the rear seat-back and there is carpeting on the surface portion of the seatback that folds out to create the parcel shelf. When the seat back is folded up, you do not see these surfaces. I hope that helps.
I am installing a new interior today. I can send pictures if you want. There is a piece of carpet glued on the slanted surface. It is covering the center drain tube and and it placed behind the drain tubes at each side. The carpet goes from the top of the slanted section to the horizontal seat base. Mind has vinyl installed slightly under the carpet from the rear seat section. The carpet stops right at the edge of the slanted section, just behind the fold out seat.
