Dear Friends,
Does anybody know how this back panel is fixed to the car inner panels? Is it fixed permanentely or shall be mounted with folded down option over the two seats. i would appreciate some pictures if avaiable.
Found also a mounting kit at ahead4healy.com but could not found any instruction to follow up
Thanks for you valuable advises
Regards
Michal

Correct Matthew - I was meaning exactly the back seat panel.
Thanks

The back panel has two hinges along the bottom edge and should allow the back panel to move forward,( not sure if it should fold all the way down - I think that seat belt fixings would be in the way, or just move 150mm or so) between the side panels, allowing the hood to be stored behind.

The bad news is the proper hinges are not available - each hinge is a two bolt fixing into the steel seat panel and I am not sure of the type of hinge they should be or the correct way of fixing the hinges to the back panel. I will post a photo or two of what I have done with brass hinges, but I am sure that they will not be correct. There are coachmans brackets fitted to the back of the back panel near the top - one each side, to locate into rubber clips when the back panel is pushed back.

Here is my take on the setup, I have used brass hinges and one side is cranked to fix on the u/side of the back panel as well, the panel will fold forward as far as the seat belt fixing but no more. The coachman fixings and the rubber clips can be seen and I have used two tennax fasteners along the top to clip the hood cover down when the hood is stowed away

Thanks Bob for your help and pictures. Now all is much clearer.
