Real Salmon, or Atlantic?

We're having Copper River Sockeye done up with my wife's favorite glaze

I don't like Salmon, tastes too fishy, but enjoy some for me just the same.

Dare I ask how many times around the sun?

49 years and atlantic salmon - not a ton of choice here, fish, or age.

jpsmith, happy birthday, good on you my friend!, what a great meal, dont listen to the carnivores, if i was around when the lord was putting this world together i would have advised him to delete all the hooved creatures and replace them with even more water born ones, ah fish, in fact my last name is that of a certain fish only found in the mediterranean sea, my fathers and mothers familys were all commercial fisherman, the bible says men were taught to fish to sustain thier familys not herd cattle, besides cows poop way to much. :jester:
