Birthday Card

My birthday was this month and my sister-in-law sent me this card (scanned front and back). I'm sure she just bought a card with an old car on it, not realizing that it is an MG TC. The inside was blank except for her handwritten greeting. Published by Bizzybee Publishing Limited, Peoples Republic of China. No other identifiers on the card.

Watch for it at your local dollar store to give to your favorite MG enthusiast on her/his birthday!

Do you know where she bought it? It would make a perfect card for a friend of mine that is restoring a red TC.

If it was a CVS or a Walmart or something, I may be able to source it out. Thanks though.

Bad news. Sister-in-law says she got it at the daycare center in a big, cheap pack of mixed cards they sell to raise money for something. It really speaks to how important I am to her doesn't it? She just picked it at random from the pack.

Good pack, eh?

Dude; I'm lucky if I get a Happy Birthday e-mail from any of my sister-in-laws. :jester:

The last really cool "car" card I got was from Doug M. ("AngliaGT") from here at The Forum (see below).

Note: I'm building a race-prepped A35, so it was really suitable.

If you want another card like that, I can easily design one for you with one of many very similar photos of my own, and whatever writing you like. However printing it on card stock will be your job.

How about this one of me for Tony's birthday?
