Some of you may recall that I put a down payment on a 72 TR6 last fall. Well, I finally managed to scrape up all the dough and have her in my garage! While I have your attention, what are some meaningful differences between my previous car, a 79 Spit, and my new TR? I know it is a 6 cyl, is considerably more powerful, and they obviously look different....

.After being familier with both & after ALL is said & done thats the bottom line, lets face it.In reality the Spitfire(s)were for those that wanted the experience but could'nt afford the expense of owning a larger tr,jag, whatever. It was the car for the masses.Never again will their be a car with so much basic fun built-in.
,they ALL loved the car.,So most ALL Spitfires were exported to the USA.The exchange rates really did help the Brits to.
