Or so proclaims Classic and Sports Car magazine. Just picked up an issue and its worth a read IMHO. I'm itching to get on with my S1!

It's still, 50 years later, a real Sports Car. Not many can say that. Possibly the E-type?
 
Didn't mention they are talking the Elan specifically but you could sure say that of Lotus in general. The Elise is IMHO the most interesting car out there right now.
As for me I wish I had AC in my shop! One heck of a summer!
