Best radiator hoses?

If we were seeking the best possible quality radiator hoses for a Midget, where might we purchase them?

Which brand is best quality and most durable?

I've not had great experience with the usual vendors.

I cannot tell you a vendor, but on my race cars I went to the silicone variety hoses when I could find them. Check with Pegasus Racing supply or Summit. Or just do a search for automotive silicone hoses.
The silicone material seems to be more resilient than the traditional rubber and less prone to drying out as rubber will eventually.

Silicone hoses from the UK. Available is red, green, blue, black, and now purple.
The guy who has these hoses made, also the author of How to Power Tune Your Sprite and Midget, does them in limited quantities. I do not know if he stocks them.

Victoria British offers one that is Kevlar reinforced. It doesn't cost much more than the plain ones and well worth the little bit of extra $$$$. They aren't the pretty silicone ones, but then they don't require the special clamps either.
