I just went Moss - clutch that is - no complaints

Rebuild it if the bores are smooth, for $15 a kit. Spend the $$ somewhere else.

:iagree: oops, yup - a sufficiently inexpensive solution that it's always worth trying first

Or you can have em professionaly rebuilt and lined at Apple or White Post.

For my brake one I just went onto ebay and got one, still havent installed it yet, though I should

I was going to rebuild the MC in our '76 until I opened it up and found the bore and piston were shot. Bought a new MC from British Parts Northwest in Oregon for $155 instead of Moss and VB at $249. I have had nothing but good customer service from BPNW and since I'm in the Seattle area I usually get my order the next day if I order by 3:00.
