Berkeley Hood/Bonnet ornament

To make a long story short - I have a Berkeley hood/bonnet ornament that is doing absolutely no good sitting in a drawer. I would like to donate it to someone that needs one, the key word being 'needs'. If you would care to provide a photo of your car showing that you are lacking one, it's yours. The condition I believe is fair as the painted portion is 90% gone exposing the chrome beneath, however, something is better than nothing.

Hi,I have 3 Berkeleys I'm restoring right now would be glad to take them.I'm in Florida so let me know what shipping would be to 32177.
Thanks

Sorry, I never received a notification regarding this post. If you are still in need of a hood ornament please send a photo showing that yours is missing and I'll be happy to pay the shipping knowing that it's going to a good home. As I said in my original post, it's not in the greatest shape, but something is better than nothing.

the noise you hear is 14 guys with Berkeleys unbolting bonnet ornaments......

There are 14 guys with Berkeleys??

You would be surprised at how many folks have Berkeleys stashed away next to the woodpile.
None of them have run in over 40 years, but they are existant nonetheless.
When ONE person 'fesses up to owning THREE, you know it's like a certain brand of potato chip...can't have just one.

A friend in our club has one of the larger collections in the south if not on the E. coast.
Post a pic of it

Can you have a large collection of Berkeleys? Or are they small collections - by definition

Last week DNK asked if I could post a pic, there is a reddish reflection on the 'B' which had to be from the shirt I was wearing.Berkeley Badge 069.jpgBerkeley Badge 068.jpg

Well this forum did what it was suppose to.
Think that bit and others have found a new home
