Yes, I have a complete set of CAD drawings for just such a setup. Included is a new damper design that retains the dynamics of the original damper and has the serpentine grooves. It also has the design and source for the other parts needed. It took many months of research and design work to do it right. I even spent the money to purchase the rights to use the SAE serpentine belt and pulley design so it would be correct.
I might be interested in an agreement with a manufacturer or reputable machine shop to make these.
