Bell Header for 1500 engine...

SpitBits has it for about $400, which seems kinda pricey to me. Is it worth it? And if so, does anyone sell it for less? (my Spit will have dual HS4s, and a ported/polished head, so the intake side is ok).

I sent the SpitBits owner an email a while ago offering to buy about $1500 worth of parts, and politely asked for a discount.

My offer was (somewhat) politely refused.

Thanks for the options all. I really want stainless, so I think that limits my options somewhat. Calling Rimmer in about 10 minutes.

I have one of those crappy Pace Setter headers. It's painted and wrapped, and it is holding out as well as my stainless exhaust run. Do you really need stainless? Go for the APT unit. For all we know right now it may be stainless.

I bought a Falcon stainless exhaust for my B for a couple hundred bucks; it's been on there for 10 years and still looks and sounds great.

I want to do this once and don't mind spending a bit more, but $480 for a 4-pot header is steep to my mind. I'll also need the back box section for another $600 or so.
