My boys both had budweiser Bi-planes hanging in their rooms growing up...love the new models!
 
Ever fly in a C-124. They sound like they were made out of beer cans. And insulated about the same! I think ear plugs were standard issue.
 
Ear plugs, you had ear plugs. Shoot back in the old corps in Laos.......................
 
Think I'd stock up on band aids before starting a project cutting up aluminum cans.

Wow! those are far better than the redneck-still-looks-like-a-can versions I 've seen. I'd actually like to build one of those..
 
I have got to order one of those. They look pretty good, and give me something to do with my empties. Now If I could figure out something to do with empty scotch bottles.. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
 
I have seen these at craft shows and fairs, and ships, helicopters, cars, you name it. There are some real artists out there.
 
I ordered the beaver plans a couple of months ago but haven't started it yet, probably over the winter
