hi john,
I understand what you are saying now but want to caution that putting the wheel boxes 'upside down' on cars not designed for it might create fit and wear problems. On my car it became obvious that the system only fit properly if the wheel boxes where mounted one way and putting them upside down put a strain on the mounting to the shroud (very hard to get flush mounting), caused the tubes to touch the sheet metal and strain the connections (even after adjusting the bends on the tubes)and also strained the wiper motor mounts. For my application they were designed to go in one way only and once I discovered that, the only proper recourse was to do install them the right way. Perhaps for the Sprite it makes no difference.
Cheers,
John
