Where does the flat rubber "washer" that comes with cylinder repair kit. Kit has boot, rubber cup and washer. The old cylinders have a washer ring on the piston and dust cover. The piston on the other side of the level has a groove in the center of it but no rubber ring. Is it supposed to?
