This one was posted on Bugeye Parts and I have pics of this one available I can forward. This one has had substantial bodywork, complete floors, inner front fenders, rear bulkhead and probably lots more. Seller having health issues and needs out of his garage. He'd like to get it out of his shop soon. It appears all of the parts and pieces are there, just need to put them all back together.

I thought that I would give you a little more info on the car.
It's a 1959 and I bought it in 1983. I started taking it apart later that year and it has been off the road and in storage since. I had a professional Jaguar XK restorer do the body. He welded the body to a large metal rolling frame (so that the body would remain perfectly aligned while pieces were removed) and proceeded to replace any rusty areas (minimum) with brand new panels. It had rust in the usual areas. That was done around 1985 and it has been stored in my garage ever since. It is still perfect. No rust or any body putty. Just solid metal. It needs finishing work to smooth out the welds and then paint, followed by the installation of all of the parts. I have all the stuff I removed from the car. It will need the seats to be re-upholstered.
I have a new soft top roof that was never installed, a tonneau cover (very soft and supple still) and a hard top. The interior panels were also recovered and installed but then immediately removed and put into storage.
I do have a couple of interested guys. I know that this isn’t going to sell immediately but I feel confident that it will be done in a week or so.
And my reason for selling? I’m presently going through chemotherapy so basically I'm now unable to do any work. I was keeping the car for my sons to restore, but neither seem to be interested. So I'd like to now get it out of my garage so my other cars have a place to stay.
Make me a reasonable offer. . It's not the highest that counts. I want it to go to the person that will do the best job of bringing back to perfect shape.
I have all the parts that came off it when I started to,strip it down

Again NFI on my part, if this one was in the States I'd have my trailer already hooked up to the truck and be driving there.

Oh so close and yet so far.... (can't succumb)

JP this one is good. Comes with a hardtop. Send me your e-mail and I've got 4 files of pics. All metal work is done, new floor pans and tunnel, rear bulkhead, bonnet looks straight. Plus a garage full of uncatalogued parts. He's not worried about price but just someone who will love it and get it back together. I don't have time or space right now to drag it home.

That is really tempting. If only I didn't have a MkIV in almost the same condition waiting to be assembled. Well, it sounds like JP is interested anyway. Go for it bro.

No, I am taking a pass. Got pictures today and it is a fabulous start! It's all there and all in pieces. The steel work has been done but everything else is as it came off the car, so, you are still looking at a complete restoration BUT with a very solid beginning.

OK JP I gave it a try.Either I or JP has the pics.
