I keep getting the message to log in or register! I've made no changes to my system and even though I've re-registered ???? why is the program not recognizing my credentials? PJ

I might have found the problem, I think my icon for the BCF in my browsers list might have been corrupted which I deleted and installed a new one, so far it's working as it should. :rolleyes2:

Paul - another thing to think about ... when you actually need to log in to BCF (with username and password), you might want to be sure "Stay logged in" has a checkmark.

Thanks Tom, I already did that. (y)

DON'T RE-REGISTER! You already have an account. The problem could be corrupted cookie one your end. Try deleting your cookies on your browser. Then log in again and select "Stay Logged in" (but delete cookies first.
Nothing has changed on this end.

Seems like the problem was connected to the BCF link on my tool bar, of course it could have been more. I replaced the link and all seems well. Haven't done the cookies yet, but I will! (y)

Just cleaned out the cookies and re-logged in.

Haha, I just realized how many cookies were in this laptop! The list was endless, must have been years of use catching up. :thankyousign: Everything is working fine for once! PJ

You could change your browser settings to erase all cookies/cache data on exit.
