Sunny, 65 degrees, February 20th. Took the B out for a few hours. Ran great (as usual) AND...I didn't blow a fuse!

UNTIL I pulled it in the garage and dahubby started fiddling with the volume to see if we'd blow a fuse. And yup, we did.

RPM's were running 20 at an idle. Normally run about 8. Made dahubby get under the hood and adjust it. Has been doing that 3 or 4 days, since he fiddled with the starting issue. Or should I say NOT starting issue? Need to get that resolved before fishing season starts and he's AWOL.

All in all, a perfect winter Sunday in St. Louis!

hey, is that a rubber bumpered BGT? I like the way you painted it, gives it a modern "euro" look.

Thanks... Ya it sure is a 74.5 GT. Picked it up last spring for $800.00 cdn. And found an engine and OD Tranny from a 77 with 78,000 km for $900.00 cdn. and threw it in.
It is now in getting the rockers, rails, sills, done by somone that knows what they are doing, and hope to have it to finnish after the summer. The PO bought it from the States in 97 and let it sit in a shop for three years and out in the elliments for another 3 before I rescued it. The painted bumpers were done in 97, but still look like just out of the shop. I plan on going the same route, but in aconite when the time comes.
