The Road Factory used to sell a Battery box for a triumph tr3 that an independent vendor would manufacture. I tried looking on line for the box, but only found the common one that Moss sells. Has anyone purchased one or are they unavailable?

Oddly I have a good used one, I saved it only because they are always toast. Down tube is good
does need one corner cleaned up,still has to have the last spot welds drilled out.

Kilmartin Automotive Sheetmetal in Australia make and sell a good product. Correct metal thickness and all associated parts in place.

I thought that I had read they were closing up shop. Seems they are still going. I have bought several parts from them and they were very good. Their seat pans were a perfect fit.

Thanks guys I appreciate it. I will look over their site. Mad Dog, I am interested. Does the one you have still have the back section where it folds up under the firewall?

Steve

No, too difficult to trim out, and the beast is seldom installed this was. The 30deg bend above the
box is where it is usually welded in(with the plates off).
