edit: I uploaded the above as a ".gif" but it is posted as a ".jpg"... what am I doing wrong?

I took my grandkids to the Seaside Heights at the Jersey Shore today. The weather was very mild with lots of people strolling the boardwalk. Lots of motorcycles out too and even one top-down convertible.

And tomorrow it looks like we'll have a blizzard.

Weird.

Blame it on sunspots.

...or a polar sun reversal of axis...

It's not going to fun in your neck-of-the-woods either doc... get out those woolies you have packed away from PA.

You're not holding your tongue correctly. That or the forum is just doing a conversion. I know you can't upload animated .gifs and have them work - just a "design feature."
OK, thanks Bas although I thought I have seen animated gifs posted before.

Coming like the Four Horsemen, Elliot. But our "furnace" is operational.

Possibly if they are linked to from another web site, but I don't think so if they are directly uploaded. Don't know why really.

Here ya go ...

Hey Tom THANKS for posting that for me.
It's snowing here. We're on the edge of 8-12 inches.
MAKE IT STOP!

62 yesterday, 17 this morning! Not going over 22 today! Boy, I can't wait until summer! Especially July and August at 90 to 120 degrees! :jester: PJ

It started snowing around 7:00 am here and it's still coming down now at 3:38pm...

Thanks Tom!

Here's my back yard at 7am EST. About 8" here, 12" a few miles south. Yippee!

Fortunately it's 5 degrees F, so the snow is light. Gusts up to 30 later, so need to blow the snow soon. Heaven he'p us when it snows and the temp is around 30F; snow is like wet concrete at those temps.

No snow here (YAY!), but it's 11 degrees!

No snow? Then you and Janet need to head down to Shoney's for the breakfast buffet! (great waffles, btw)

(ask me how I know!)

Actually, I'll be at Shoney's in about 45 minutes, after our 7:00 service.

No buffet though - gotta watch my boyish figure, ya know. :smirk:
