I lost your address. Every time I open to BCF I am told I am not logged in. I log in and check "Remember..." and still it says I am not logged in next time. How do I fix it?

Guinn, if I might, it sounds like there is a setting somewhere that is causing your browser to delete its cookies every so often--possibly every time you close the browser window.

If you're using Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools, Options, the Privacy tab, and make sure "always clear my private data when I close Firefox" is not checked. (This might be different for other versions of Firefox, but the setting should still be there.)

If you're using Internet Explorer, hmm... Check for another program that might be causing it. Some kind of always-on anti-spyware program (check the bottom right corner, near the clock, to see the background programs). If that doesn't work, see if there is something in your Control Panel called "TweakUI." I believe that program can be setup to remove IE cookies every so often.

Guinn, Dans right about Firefox and also Flock browser by Photobucket, which is based on Firefox. In Internet Explorer,go to tools, options, security, custom level, scroll down to cookies and click on Enable. Hope this helps. If it dosen't, then another program is possibly causing the problem. Have you run a scandisk and defrag program? PJ

I have had good luck with AGV free edition.

Thanks all. Basil, part of the reason I sent it addressed to you was I thought I might not be alone. Yes, I do have a program installed that deletes cookies but allows me to keep specific ones. I must have had a brain mmmm problem.
