First let me say that I am a MG guy,no little about tr3's.I found a 57 tr3a in a barn by a house that they were going to tear down.Everything is there for the car, very little rust, body is not all banged up,seats look good, but has not run in 23 years.I found the owner and he said I could buy it,but within the next week ( very cheap )I dont want to keep because I have 2 MGB's and would only turn around and ebay it or sell to anyone interested to supply money for MG parts. The car is located 25 miles south of Atlanta,if interested pm me.

Very nice of you to come over to our little corner of the BCF world and post that information. Thank you and come back often.

I'm sure that you've just made someone very happy!!

Man, I wish I was in GA right now....

To those who emailed or pm me about the tr3 barn find, I had the opertunity to inspect the car more closly and found it had alot of rust under the fenders. At this point I think it would be a major restoration or a very good parts car, because everything is there. The owner is moving this week or early next and wants to sell that car.He started out at $1500 and when I told him I was not interested he called me later that day and said I could have the car for $500.I think someone could buy it for $300.If anyone wants it pm me and I will give you the owners phone # Jim
