OK, John
Please tell this Canadian... What is peyote?

Thanks

Peyote: Hallucinginic (sp?) mushrooms that grow in the desert. Indian medicine men use to take them to have visions. So did lots of hippies! lol!

If the first car was #101, and this care is #277, wouldn't this be car number 177, not 176???

And I bet the Manahattan and Baltimore history are there so he can say he warned the buyer about the rust! ;-(

I would pay the shipping for it to have it too ;-))

Wow, still no takers on this ultra rare special. I see the headlamp sitting in the driver's well, I wonder what the front of the care looks like. What "fantastic acessories" could he be talking about?

LOL LOL.. Ok, MG experts.. Is this VIN # truly ultra-rare? If it is, it may be worth an extra $1000 or so on top of its true value ($800??). The hardtop, if an original accessory, maybe $500? Help me out, guys, I'm trying to justify the reserve price ($8000?), without bidding to discover it. An AZ car, probably fairly rust-free, add $700? Almost half-way... If the rarity factor is accurate, and I was a die-hard B collector, maybe $2500? Ask the seller for more pics, there may be the ultra-rare snow plow attachment MG targeted to the Western U.S. market in the early 60's.... That would add at least another grand to this appraisal. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gif
It may be a $3000 car to a serious collector, if in fact it is complete. Hopefully for the seller, there is an "ultra-rich" and "ultra-implulsive" serious collector searching for that elusive first MGB off the boat. Wish him the best.

Awe.. Come on all you guys...
This bunch of NaySayers here... are just trying to scare each other off to go in for the kill with a last second snipe bid.

Fess up, all of ya.
