I initially started MG-dom years ago before the BCF was even around as a way for my MG buddies to have a 'blanket' for road trips & to compile contact info from those of us were citizens of MG-dom....right now I have citizens from every state in the US except 5, most all the Canadian provinnces, and several other countries.....

Guess when I get home from my trip to New York, I'll look at how best to format & build an all marques inclusive list.......unless Basil wants to start one just for the BCF.

Basil?

I would not mind that. We could start a datbase-driven list (very easy for me to set up) and make it accessable only by those who belong to the list (so that addresses and phone numbers, etc are not visible to spam bots or other unwanted critters. Tony could be the administrator of said list?

I could do that

Hmmmm. I forgot to make a copy of the List to take along. Had intended to print just the states we'd be travelling in...

I did have the NAMGBR directory in the glove box though when we had the flat tire in Geneva. It didn't help. No one in the area we were in was listed. I called George Herschell and he found the same tire shop that I found by *googling* it for me.

Great Idea! Where do we sign up? I can offer Spridgetaid between Hobe Sound and Jupiter (the two closest on Tony's list to me!)

Cool....I recommend a 4 star scheme /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

* LBC owners
* People w/ cold beer in fridge
* People who have Whitworth spanners
* Owners of car trailers who can run rescue missions.

Ben!!!>>> Ya sounded like you were busy or tied up or didn't want to do anything so I didn't push it. GRRRRR. We ended up driving up to Watkins Glen for dinner at the Harbor Station.
Yup... It was all me. It kind of caught me off guard. I was watching the Dot. My wife had just left for a meeting, and I had just got off the phone with a frantic TR6 owner who was having some serious wiring issues. So I diden't know what to do. After about 9:00 I was free, and could have come out. I actually tried to call around 9:30, but got your voicemail, so I figured I was too late.
I'm the idiot. the BIGGGG idiot. We coulda hit Seneca Lodge. DOH!!
Like I said, I'm still kicking myself. It's getting hard to sit down.
