I have a 1975 Tr-6 (CF37645) with overdrive. My question is whether there was a Triumph badge with overdrive on the rear panel for that year?

No, I think they stopped using the overdrive badge in 1974. I know ‘75 and ‘76 doesn’t have it. Looks like anything after CF27000 wouldn’t have either badge. That’s when the put a Triumph badge on a plinth on the center of the rear bumper.

I have a 1973 that I added the OD and the OD badge as I remember it was a pain. all the above is right if TRIUMPH is on the bumper then no OD badge FUNNY . I saw a TR 6 with a FORD motor so he put a FORD oval instead of TRIUMPH Madflyer

It's not a TR6, but the TR3 had no overdrive badge, so when I added OD to my TR3, I bought a nicely scripted Spitfire OD badge and put it on the the spare tire cover on my TR3. It looks almost original.
