What's wrong with the traditional smear of grease to hold it in place!
Not Healey related but I was chuffed to bits making some gaskets for an obscure pneumatic valve that controls the tilting of my induction furnace. No spares anywhere and a very fiddly shape, so I cleaned up the tatty old gaskets, scanned them to bitmaps, added the missing bits on the screen, exported it to my pcb software and generated code for my CNC mill to cut me some replacements and a spare set while I was at it. A niffty way when desperate !
