After about three years, my 72 TR6 is back on the road!
It's been a long process. One that I started, but then wisely chose to have the "experts" step in... (I'll leave the expert unnamed, unless he wants to step forward... but's he's on this forum sometimes!)
I stripped everything off of the car, and after paint, made it as far as running the wiring harness (not actually hooking it up), cleaning up the wiper motor and re-installing the wipers, etc. I think it was the two weekends spent on the wiper teardown and re-installation that made me bring in the experts...
Great rebuild on engine and tranny, beautiful paint, etc. So far, just a few minor adjustments needed.
Laurel green exterior, with Moss leather/vinyl interior kits.
While the car was being re-built, our three kids were after me to sell the car, and buy something we could all fit in. Now, however, after riding in the car, no one wants me to sell it!
