Yesterday, March 13, I ordered a bunch of rear-brake parts from the B-Hive in Pendleton, SC. Put the order in just before Noon, using the on-line ordering facility, and got an immediate email that the order was received and was in process. Last night I got an email that the order was in the hands of UPS and would be delivered March 14. Today, March 14, the order was at my door at around 1:00 PM. Granted, I'm only in the next state to Gordon, but that's still great service - just over 24 hours.
In my book, that puts Gordon and the B-Hive right at the top of the list for having needed parts and for his fantastic service. Other than buying parts from Gordon since 2009, I have no other affiliation.
Now I can put my brakes back together.
