B-day present to me....

Nice to have the IRS under there. Great decision, Nial! Congrats. Loads of fun in that package!

The Caterham here (a pal, not me) has the solid rear. With the 2L set up and DCOE's you can "step out" kinda easily. <BEFG>

The things are great fun. We've had to go on an Easter egg hunt when the eelektronic iggy failed. No recognizable brand name on the pickup or reluctor. Recognized it as a Pertronix unit, in a 45D re-branded. Now have to wait while he finishes a garage refurb so we can work indoors.

VERY nice!!! 1983 vintage, according to the registration plate, unless I am mistaken. The 2.0 Pinto engine used in British Fords is a good unit, but you need to keep the oil changed regularly, and make certain to change the oil feed pipe for the overhead cam on a regular basis, as well. It clogs frequently. You're a lucky man, Nial. My lovely wife asks what I want, I reply that I want a Lotus and I still get socks....
