Good morning!
i have a bucket full of axles for replacement/upgrades for my BE and I'm not sure what the codes mean. The 'original' axles have the cast number ground down and numbers stamped in their place. Some of my spares have BTA 501, 804, EN17 cast into the hub side. Can someone tell me what these codes mean? Some are NOS with the rubber caps and some show a little shine, but no wear on the splines.
Thanks, Rut

EN17 are the best to use/strongest/ those are from later cars.
