I see some colorful states. Do you have "show avatar" turned on in your preferences?

Don - I see a map as your avatar...was that what you posted?

Use on the map. Found that I did not have show avatar check.
The map is showing what states I have been to with my TR3.

There's a UK based Triumph group (I don't think its a club) that does the same sort of thing- but they try to see who can go through the most continental European countries over a weekend- leaving Friday and back by Monday on set ferry sailings.

I think the record was eight (France, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Monaco, & Luxembourg)...

I believe they had to have a meal in each, with a restaurant receipt as proof.

You east-coasters have it too easy. I drove a 2,300 mile loop this Summer and only visited four states including my own. And I was only in Arizona for 40 feet!

Does traveling like this count? It came off the trailer in every state & Canadian province for short trips.

Hey, for 6 months, it was my only transportation once the RV was parked & hooked up....we ventured up to 150 miles away from the RV one day on the Alaska Highway....took off down all sorts of Alaska highways & side streets - even left the RV for a long weekend where we ran about 5oo miles one way in the MG...I had no backup vehicle! The trailer protected it from road trash & allowed me to move my 'home' from one place to another quickly....

hehehehe...but I gotta agree with ya'll!

Hmmm... I suppose we can give credit for the miles put it AFTER a night's stay away from the RV. And the day returning to the RV doesn't count either. We're a picky bunch, aren't we? LOL!

When are you going to get New Mexico on that list?

Never know when I may go. But first you have to get across Tx.

didn't have one the 6 months we traveled & lived in our RV...it was the MG or bicycles!
