What British model & year was Autumn Red paint used? PJ

I was pretty sure it was never used on an MG, but thought it was on another British model. OH well. PJ

PJ didn't fully understand your post thought you meant only MG. Searched and saw this
Autumn red

Doesn't list a British car thiugh the site includes British Cars
Hope it helps

Thanks JP, that gives me an avenue to pursue. I would imagine that there are variations in the color pigment over the years due to the various manufactures who used it. Now I know where to go for chips. Thanks again. PJ

I understand that most paint shops can mix a color from a scan of an existing part. Bonnet hinges are often easiest.

Your 100% right JP, problem here is, I don't have a sample for them to scan. I going to check with a friend about the 1958 Oldsmobile colors. Supposed to have had an Autumn Red. I thought that the Riley had a color that was very close. Quite a challenge. I enjoy the hunt. PJ

I brought my bonnet from my Wedge to Two places and neither could get the color on it.
I guess it don't work for custom colors
