Well I took the 8 the Auto cross, it was sprinkling on and off all day. There was a good show up for the MS charity race. There were only two LBC cars, my 8 and a mini cooper. the Mini Cooper had a rough start of the day, he snapped a lug swapping the street tires for his slicks and we spent 30 minutes swapping the lug out. The track was wet for the first run and it was a very fast course with a straight away at least 1/2 mile long with a dog leg in the middles and a few cones to keep the speed down. I did not have any trouble with the 8 staying cool either during the 90 minute ride to/from the race or the race itself. I had lots of trouble with gear selection but made all the runs and stayed on course. More than once I found my brain in reset. I will contribute it to the fact it is my first race back.

He is a pic of all the Brit cars at the Auto Cross (not counting the BMW version of the Minis)
