I am working on a 1951 Austin Sheerline and have it ready for running on the road, however, I am having problems shifting into different gears while moving on the road.. I am wondering if anyone knows or has the shift pattern for the column shift that it has. This vehicle is right hand steer and believe it to be a 4 speed on the column. Thanks if you can help.

Chester, you posted your question in the "FORUM Help" section. FORUM Help is a place to ask questions about navigating the forum. We have a forum called British Motor Corp, where we discuss all types of British Motor Corp cars, including Auston.

I have moved your post to that forum so if you are reading this, you are in the BMC forum. I'll leave a pointer in the original forum you posted in that will expire in 1 week. But your post is in the BMC forum now.

Cheers,
Basil

Did you sort this? If not let me know and I will see what I can do.
