The Heritage certificate will provide the documentation, but you can also refer to Gary Anderson & Roger Moment's "Authentic Restoration Guide Austin Healey 100/100-6/3000. It has tables showing the major changes for the Healeys and their months/dates with Chassis and Engine numbers at the change-overs. These changes seem to have happened virtually every month so if you have those numbers you can roughly date the car.

The Heritgae certificate is more exact, giving the dates during which it was built and when it was shipped and where it was sent.
