Austin Healey Book by Geoff and Signatures

A friend recently helped an estate sell a Bugeye. The car included a lot of extra parts (which I scarfed Up) and a copy of the 1980 Austin Healey Book by Geoff that is signed in two places by Donald Healey and in two places by Gerry Coker (once by Marion). The are also several other signatures in the book. One inside the front cover seems to be the books original owner - Frank <not legible>. There are also signatures in two other locations that seem to have been done at the 1986 Encounter. ('86 and '86 Enc. are added to some signatures). Pictures of those signatures are attached. By chance does anyone recognize the names? In one signature the book's owner is referred to as "Doctor".
Just curious.
Thanks
Mike

Bruce & Inan Phillips, owner-operators of "Healey Surgeons" in Maryland.
John Hodgman, well-known (but also low-key, under-the-radar type) Healey guy/restorer.
Mike Delevan, name vaguely familiar to me as a member of the Austin-Healey Sports & Touring Club.
Shirley - no idea. Probably a personal friend.
No idea about the illegible signature dated " - Feb - 1980 - " but I'd guess a personal friend; I've seen signatures of pretty much all the Healey family and racers, etc. and this one is completely unfamiliar.
