austin america

Brother in Lincoln, Nebraska was talking about using the D8 (bulldozer) on his Austin America tonight. Has had it a few years now and his sons don't want to play with it anymore (they had it running and driving around the place when they got it from an estate 3/4 years ago). Would love to fix it up for my daughter, but it is Nebraska and we're in Washington. Anyone know if there is a collector's group/club etc. in Midwest that might want to save one in Nebraska. Know he has an extra engine, grill, etc. for it also. Hate to see somewhat cool stuff "compacted" if it is avoidable.

You may also want to post this on the "Mini" link as the America is just a very refined Cooper "S" with better ride and sound-proofing (yes I know that I need to duck!!)
