Aurora Borealis [AKA Northern Lights] tonight

Can't find a link, but a news report here suggested that the Aurora Borealis may even be visible in the night sky tonight as far down as the southern States... Even here in the Calgary area it is quite rare to see them at work, for those who have never seen them before it's just simply awesome!

If they are visible tonight in much of the United States take full advantage and enjoy the view...

It's been 5 or 6 years since we've been treated to the Auroras light show. We had one night here where it was absolutely spectacular. It may be a bot too overcast for me tonight. Durn it!

Going to be a Solar Tsunami tonight / early morning. Could possible do bad things to some Satellites too.

Did anyone see anything? With the city lights and clouds, I could not see anything before I went to bed last night, and did not wake up to check during the middle of the night.

I looked after 2300 last eve, was up at 0345 to check again, no joy down here. Lots of local "clutter" tho.

I went out at 3 30am and saw NOTHING. Sky was perfectly clear but the moon was bright. Days already dragging

Fog rolled in about 6:30 PM so I had trouble see the tops of the palm trees.
