Whelen Mfg'r. Whelen Lightheads makes the best stuff out there, Police, Fire and General EMS equipped. REALLY bright
1 x 3 1/2 "TIR3" individual units red or amber at about $100.00 each
1 x 11 1/2 inch Strip-Lite either all red or red flanked by amber. Look under "Lightheads" on their website.
Grote offers Super Nova marker lights starting at about $9.00 per individual unit or their version of the Strip-Lite which they call Red LED Barlite ($50.00 ??) Look for "Stop-Tail-Turn Lamps" on their web site.
https://www.grote.com/prodcat/C.html GROTE
United Pacific Industries also offers an array of "Auxiliary LED Lighting" UPI. LED
My solution was to track down individual LED's that were set up for 12 volt. These have been mounted between the Aluminum flashing and the vinyl covered frame along the upper edge of my windshield. The wires were run under the flashing, tucked into the furlex window posts and plugged into their respective circuit runs under the dash and in the engine bay (Brake light).
No these will not interfere with the roof. I don't (generally) drive in the rain so no magnetic mount hood units for me.
And they are really bright. Spec'd as "8 or 10 mm, Water Clear - Super Brite"
