Caught me off-guard amidst the SUV's and the like here in MD, just outside Goddard Space Flight Center, red/black and very imposing. Of course, quite probably a replica. Driver appeared to be enjoying himself, and waved to me (in the Boxster, top down, beautiful day) as he passed going the other way. Sadly, I did not have a camera with me (oh, there's an old cell phone buried in my briefcase somewhere but I usually forget I have it), no picture to prove it.

It could have been the real thing. These were at a show I went to in Tulsa, the real thing! There are a few around. :encouragement: PJ

My dad painted an on old Chevy maroon and black, he used the left over paint to paint his 73 Moto Guzzi ElDorado.

Walter, I thought the Auburn Maroon wasn't cheerful enough and used 68 Jaguar Regency Red for the body, of course the fenders are Jet Black. Stuck with a British color, if that means anything. :encouragement: :smile-new: PJ
